From June 26 to August 31, 2022, Le Livart and Cinéma Public renew their collaboration to present Bleu Soir. To experience Bleu Soir is to live a series of summer evenings that rhyme with art and open-air cinema (re)discoveries.

The Livart and Cinéma Public teams are delighted to welcome you from Sunday to Thursday as soon as the sun goes down. The art center opens its doors one hour before the screening in order to enjoy the current exhibition. On site, a bar area offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as sweet and savoury treats; enough to make a very pleasant aperitif.

You can enjoy the charm of the building, as well as the current exhibition before heading quietly to the inner courtyard. Don’t forget to grab one or two cushions to enjoy optimal comfort once you’ve settled in. And if you’re worried about the cooler weather, don’t worry, blankets are provided to keep goose bumps and chattering teeth from spoiling your fun.

The show starts at sunset so you can be completely immersed in the world of the films. The films have been carefully chosen by the team of enthusiasts of the Cinéma Public. Cult films and new releases are part of this audacious and varied program that will conquer all audiences. Bleu Soir also invites guests∙e∙s and brings to life special events, such as the presentation on the big screen of their first original creation, Cinépistolaire, or during a Quizz cinema evening in collaboration with Quizz MTL. We promise you wonderful moments of sharing and enjoyment!

“You won’t regret it! – Paper Moon (Peter Bogdanovich, 1973), programmed at Bleu Soir.

**Warning: Due to exceptional circumstances, the Livart has been forced to close its exhibition “Between the Knots of Time” by artist OSKI prematurely. ** **
