The speakeasy-like Great Hall can accommodate up to 250 people for a musical evening and 150 people for a cocktail party. This industrial reception room is soundproof and perfect for a memorable Christmas party with its large bar and mirrors.

For weddings, Livart offers the possibility of privatizing all its rooms.
The gallery and courtyard are perfect for a ceremony or cocktail party to open the evening. The great hall with its direct access to the catering area is ideal for the meal and for the festive part of the celebration. The rooftop terrace allows for memorable photo opportunities.

First of all, you have access to the building the day before your wedding at 5 p.m. to do a rehearsal, a happy hour with your guests of honor or prepare the rooms. Then we plan the schedule for your special day together. Finally, you have access to the building day after your wedding until 5 p.m. to hold a brunch or calmly pick up your equipment.

Filming and photoshoot
For filming and photoshoot, Livart offers the possibility to use one or all of its rooms. It is possible to accommodate production teams of all sizes. The spaces are ideal for a music video, TV show or movie shoot, commercials, fashion photoshoot, performance shoot, plays, etc.
Location scouting is possible any day of the week.
