Thomas Gibault is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montreal, with training as an author-illustrator. By day, he is an artistic director for Moment Factory, and by night, an intaglio engraver at Atelier Circulaire.
His favorite subjects are the scientific investigation of the creative act and its manifestation, as well as the juxtaposition of the ultra-modern and the traditional, whether for immersive multimedia experiences or his aquatints.
He has collaborated on projects such as Arctic Adventures at the museum of sciences in boston, a permanent digital installation in Tokoy’s Shinkuju station and contributed to Childish Gambino’s This is America tour.
