Bathed in natural light, it also overlooks the Livart’s inner courtyard—a lively area where children’s activities take place, as well as outdoor film screenings in the evening during the summer season.
It includes a closet for storing personal belongings.
The bathroom is shared among the four bedrooms. Please note that a second powder room is also available on the first floor of the house.
