Over the course of the week, children discover the artistic universe of Joyce Wieland, a pioneer of feminist art in Canada. They explore her multidisciplinary approach, which combines painting, textiles and collage to tackle themes such as national identity and the protection of nature. Inspired by Wieland, the children create works that celebrate their own culture and environment, using a variety of materials and collage techniques. This project allows them to express themselves freely while reflecting on their identity and the values they hold dear.
