During this week, children will discover the artistic world of Banksy, a mysterious artist whose urban art is revolutionizing streets around the world. Children recreate the artist’s famous works in a variety of media, including pastel, assemblage and clay. Just like the British artist, stencil workshops will be held, and just like Bansky, children will be able to use art as a means of communication. Cultural mediation sessions and visits to the city’s streets are on the agenda, allowing children to immerse themselves in urban art and its history right in their own city.
