Workshop – Creating for Collective Liberation
August 3 from 12:00 to 17:00
Learning Loop is delighted to invite you to an art workshop at Le Livart Gallery “Creating for Collective Liberation” as part of the “Choosing Gentleness” exhibition.
This workshop aims to harness the transformative power of art to strengthen social cohesion, encourage self-expression and promote social justice. Participants will be able to imagine works that reflect their aspirations and visions of a more equitable and inclusive society. Accompanied by committed creatives, whether you’re a novice or an experienced artist, this workshop will be an opportunity to meet, exchange and create connections while reflecting on art in relation to liberation.
Thanks to the Canadian Race Relations Foundation and Le Livart for making this project possible!
*Event prioritized for QTBIPOC people.
Free admission. Reservations required.
