How to make a space rental reservation ?

Contact us with the type of event, number of people, the desired date and the necessary services. A staff member will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I book ?

By booking in advance, you will have more choices for the date of your event and it will be easier to organize all the details of your event. Remember to take into account the busiest times of the year like summer and the holidays. But, if the chosen space is free, it can be rented on short notice, depending on your needs.

What is included in the rental ?
  • The presence of a Livart ambassador the day of your event to answer questions, assist you when necessary and ensure safety.
  • A sound system and basic lighting.
  • Maintenance and cleaning.
What facilities are available on site ?
  • A large professional kitchen ;
  • a sound system ;
  • a basic lighting system, a more specialized system is also available at an additional cost ;
  • a projector.
Is it possible to visit the space ?

You are welcome to visit . You just have to contact us and make an appointment to make sure to have someone on site to answer your questions.

Do you offer related services (catering , DJ , etc.) ?

Related services are not included but we will be pleased to advise you on various suppliers in the market depending on the type of event and needs. We have many contacts in the field :

Is it possible to decorate the space ?

At le Livart we make great efforts to provide you a completely different and remarkable aesthetic for this reason we do not encourage outdoor decorations. It is possible to add your personal touch, but we do not move the works decorating our walls. Tell us about the desired atmosphere and we will try to recreate it as accurately as possible. In addition, we can advise you on furniture rentals.

Do you have parking on site ?

Given our central location in the city, we have do not have a parking place for visitors. We have a rear loading area for equipment. We can provide you with a valet service at events at additional costs.

Is the center accessible by public transport ?

The Livart is accessible by public transport. There is a stop from bus line 30 in front of the building and we are a few minutes walk from Sherbrooke metro, and stops from bus lines 24 or 55. 

Is the center accessible for disabled ?

The Livart has a lift and a family bathroom, but we have unfortunately no access ramp from the street.
