Call for projects from February 21 to March 21, 2025.

To celebrate spring, Livart’s spaces will come alive on June 7 and 8, 2025 to welcome the fifth edition of the items market. A fair of discoveries and encounters, the event has become a must at the art center, showcasing the work of Montreal artists, craftspeople and designers.

More than a commercial market, items is a place to socialize and share in the spirit of collaboration to celebrate the season.

As part of the spring edition of the market, Le Livart is launching its call for projects.

If you’re a creator of design objects, natural products, clothing, jewelry or other items relevant to the project, and you’d like to take part in our next spring edition, don’t hesitate to submit your file.

Practical information:

Location: Le Livart: 3980 R. Saint-Denis, Montreal, QC H2W 2M2.

The market will take place in the gallery.

Event dates :

• Friday, June 6, 2025: Assembly
• Saturday, June 7, 2025: Market open to the public
• Sunday, June 8, 2025: Market open to the public (dismantling at the end of the day)

How to take part :

• Registration fee for selected participants: $350 +tx. Visuals of available spaces are included in the items market introduction kit (pdf downloadable here :Items_marché printemps 2025).
• No commissions or additional fees on sales by selected participants.
• Some basic presentation furniture (wooden tables/high chairs/white base) can be supplied by Le Livart. However, selected participants are responsible for bringing along any other furniture needed to present their space. A certain number of hours are allocated to set-up and dismantling.
• Selected participants are responsible for their own sales and must bring their own payment terminal.
• Selected participants will be invited to take part in communications surrounding the event.

1. A description of the designer(s)

• description of artistic approach and creative process
• link to social networks and/or website

2. A presentation of the products to be sold (description, price range, a few photos)
