Neo Valley plays with our perception of the house. During his stay in San Francisco, Francis Duval played with the topography of the city. In his framing, he has fun flattening the sloping streets and creating an illusion. He makes us believe that the house is built at an angle when in reality it is the only one that is straight.

A great enthusiast of the city, Francis Duval takes advantage of his walks to photograph the small details that urban scenarios can offer. Himself an urban planner, he shows the beauty of the subtleties of the spaces that surround us, which sometimes escapes our attention. He plays as much with natural light as he plays with lines of perspective to talk about places in his photos. Thus his images have the air of drawings and architectural renderings that highlight the building and the landscape.
