During this week, the children will learn about sculpture, an art that has been practiced for ages. Children will discover its history and the stories of the sculptors. The basics of clay sculpture will be studied in depth. They will also be introduced to assembly and installation to entertain sculptural learning. Children will have the opportunity to make printmaking projects as they explore the material. They will be immersed in an ancient world during visits to museums to observe ancient engravings and sculptures. The week will conclude with a vernissage that will showcase the works created during the workshops.
